Her wide experience in setting up and heading schools includes school management systems, curriculum development and creating effective learning environment for children as well as her teams. She has conducted numerous leadership Seminars in India and University of Cambridge (UK). Being a compassionate professional, she has been bestowed with the best leadership award at Indian level in 2018 and Asia’s Education Excellence Award in 2019 as well as she was honoured as Outstanding Leadership Director of the year 2019 as well as she was honoured as outstanding leadership director of the year 2019 by ISA (International School Award).
